RealPage Marketing Operations is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. Our Marketing Operations team supports RealPage across all Multifamily solutions and this role specifically engages with our B2B technology business.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will support the marketing organization in scoping, building, testing and reporting against all marketing automation initiatives driven by demand generation, customer marketing and partner marketing to achieve annual growth targets. You will use our B2B marketing automation platform (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) daily, orchestrate list builds from multiple data sources (primarily Salesforce), produce email analytics reports and drive revenue for our thriving property management software business through analytics and ongoing optimization. Your experience with managing the technical execution of B2B marketing email campaigns & databases combined with a mastery of email best practices will be the key to driving the success of our email programs.
You will be building HTML email templates from scratch, so you must have experience with coding HTML/CSS for email and following all design best practices to ensure emails render properly in a variety of email clients. You will also be executing A/B split tests, building emails with dynamic data, and implementing campaigns with multiple touch points. You should be familiar with tracking/measuring email engagement and providing reports on campaign performance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of B2B email campaigns. Troubleshoot email templates for proper rendering in a variety of email clients. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of email initiatives for maximum performance, and develop recommendations to optimize these programs. Segment and analyze target lists for new campaign launches Aggregate metrics across multiple campaigns. Management of opt-out/unsub process. Collaborate with developers to implement data import solutions. Validating audience data and troubleshooting for basic errors. Launch weekly marketing emails to millions of contacts Design multi-variate testing Create monthly performance dashboards and executive reports with key trends and insights Verify all email programs are developed in compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, etc.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
4+ years B2B email marketing automation platforms (such as Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo) 4+ Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email template creation. Ability to create a complete HTML template based on an image file. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HTML rendering issues. Experience with media queries and coding for multiple email clients, including desktops, mobile, tablets, night mode, etc. Knowledge of email marketing best practices such as creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV files to manage and manipulate audience and reporting data. Experience validating audience data and troubleshooting for basic errors. Basic knowledge of inbox placement tests and seed lists. Basic experience with IP warming, IP reputation, blacklists, and using reputation tools Understand how to use dynamic data to create multivariate campaigns with different messaging for subsegments. Understanding of Google Analytics and how to implement UTM parameters for accurate click and conversion tracking. Experience executing A/B split tests and identifying winning campaigns Ability to segment and target audiences based on data parameters and create subsegments for dynamic content. Minimal experience with image editing software. Experience with MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent campaigns and projects. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels Experience with Workfront a plus.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
