Description Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of our email, SMS, push, and direct mail campaigns, reaching a subscriber base of approximately 1 million. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and effective delivery of 4-5 email campaigns per week, while optimizing for personalization and automation. This is a 40 hours/week contract, onsite in Plano, Texas. Responsibilities: + Produce, segment, manage, and deliver timely campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail channels. + Develop and maintain campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. + Review and approve campaign content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. + Implement precise audience targeting and segmentation strategies. + Execute campaign setup and deployment within marketing automation platforms. Requirements Qualifications: + 3-5 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns. + Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zeta, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid/Twilio, CheetahMail, Sparkpost, etc.). + Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
