We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our client's marketing automation systems, with a primary focus on Mailchimp and Zapier integrations. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication flows with our community while managing various digital platforms and operational processes. The position requires someone who can handle both technical implementation and continuous improvement of existing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
The Impact you’ll makeEmail Marketing & Automation (Primary Focus)\nDesign and manage complex Mailchimp automation journeys\nCreate and optimize email marketing campaigns\nManage audience segmentation and tagging\nBuild and maintain Zapier workflows for cross-platform integration\nMonitor and improve email performance metrics\nCreate sophisticated automation workflows between platforms\nPlatform & Systems Management\nUpdate and maintain Squarespace website content and assets\nSet up and monitor Google Analytics\nManage Eventbrite event creation and tracking\nManage Instagram content and analytics\nCreate and document standard operating procedures\nResearch and implement new tools and technologies\nSet up comprehensive online event workflows including:\nZoom meeting management\nRegistration processes\nAutomated email campaigns\nAttendee communications\n\n\nContent & Tech Support\nEdit podcast episodes\nDesign visual assets using Canva for marketing materials\nImplement and optimize AI tools for various processes\nMaintain organized digital assets across platforms\nResearch and test new tools for process improvement\nAdministrative & Operations\nProvide calendar management support\nConduct thorough research for hiring creative roles (brand designer, social media manager)\nOrganize and manage documentation for:\nVisa applications and related processes\nTax documentation (invoices, receipts)\nEmail organization and filing\n\n\nCreate and maintain systematic filing structures\nSupport general operational tasks\n
