About You:
The Email Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving meaningful engagement with customers through strategic email marketing initiatives. Leveraging the Klaviyo platform, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to deliver personalized, data-driven content. This role focuses on enhancing customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases, and contributing to overall business growth.

Email Marketing & Automation:Plan, create, and execute email campaigns tailored to various customer segments using Klaviyo.Design and refine automated customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversions.Develop a strategic email content calendar aligned with seasonal promotions and key campaigns.Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation.Partner with creative agencies to craft visually appealing, brand-aligned email designs.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact.Monitor deliverability rates and implement strategies to ensure optimal performance.Maintain clean, up-to-date email marketing databases.Personalization & Segmentation:Collaborate with the Analytics team to refine audience segmentation strategies.Use customer insights and behavioral data to deliver relevant, personalized content.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:Partner with Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and Loyalty teams to align email initiatives with broader business objectives.Support key initiatives, including promotional campaigns, new route launches, and loyalty program efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (essential requirement).2–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing (essential requirement).Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar platforms for campaign and automation management (essential requirement).Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail and brand voice (essential requirement).Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies (essential requirement).Pay & Perks:
Compensation range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
