As a **Email Marketing Specialist** on our team, you will: - Manage and track communications calendar, including email blasts and push notifications. - Coordinate the closing of briefings with CRM Strategists and ensure that all products involved have adequate visual material. - Align the delivery of materials with the different internal departments (Commercial, Image and Communication) to ensure consistency and compliance with deadlines. - Coordinate the writing and validation of the different copies in collaboration with the copywriter, ensuring alignment with the strategy defined by the CRM Strategists. - Manage the translation of content in coordination with the translation agency. - Validate the texts and their translations with the international subsidiaries, ensuring cultural and linguistic adaptation to each market. - Develop and update builders (Excel templates) for emails and push notifications, incorporating translations and specific links for each market. - Support in the elaboration of campaign performance reports and analysis of results to optimize decision making. - Manage unsubscribe requests from customers who request not to receive communications, in compliance with privacy guidelines. **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
