**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Design Program Specialist.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale design solutions planning for enterprise Design Programs
+ Review, analyze and create the most multi faceted complex industry leading user interface design solutions complex, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
+ Serve as design advocate with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the companywide product design alternatives
+ Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
+ Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products
+ Make decisions in complex and multi faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
+ Accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects, that influence design and strategic direction of the company
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
+ Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams
+ Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Design Programs experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Extensive experience in automation/email project management experience
+ Strong exposure as a Digital Producer or Digital Process Manager
+ Demonstrated experience managing email projects (requirements gathering, solution brainstorming, production schedules, budgets)
+ Well versed in digital project and email project management, platforms, coding language and constraints, as well as requirements for various channels.
+ Familiarity with WordPress, Tridion, AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Jira, Confluence
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
+ Resourceful, self-motivated and passionate about learning and teaching about new technologies
+ A diplomatic approach to giving and receiving feedback and critiques
+ A willingness to look beyond the day-to-day work stream and seek out opportunities for improvement and process implementation
+ A commitment to ongoing, productive collaboration and teamwork with agency teams as well as with client partners
+ Marketing or digital agency experience and/or a combination of in-house/client-side experience
+ Proficiency in written and verbal communication with United States based partners and clients
+ Work will be based in Taguig City and will be in US Time Zone
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ideating email and digital solutions and possibilities based on current systems in place and future forward automation planning.
+ Planning and coordination of email development production for integrated marketing campaigns across our various LOB’s
+ Facilitating CX, Digital Development, Creative, Account and partner teams in successful end-to-end project delivery for email programs
+ Preparing comprehensive documentation in support of internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of digital email project solutions from intake and scoping documents to project plans, technical requirements, A/B testing plans and deployment communications
+ Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Video Production and Project Management colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and delivery.
+ Ensuring adherence to best practices and adoption/documentation of new approaches to email development and process automation that put our digital team at the top of their game and our brand ahead of the competition
+ Proactive, thorough, and proficient in written and verbal communication and follow up with internal team AND client partners, most of whom are based in the United States Wells Fargo offices
+ Representing in-house agency team in both internal and client presentations, effectively communicating both strategic quality, creative rationale, technical requirements, and abilities to scale and automate efforts
+ Maintaining a thorough and current awareness of the competitive and cultural landscape as it pertains to communications in digital/email/automation customer touchpoints
