Job Responsibilities:
Port software projects from x86-64 to ARM64, optimizing code for performance and compatibility.
Set up and maintain ARM64 cross-compilation environments on x86-64 hosts.
Customize and troubleshoot ARM64 toolchains, build environments, and package systems.
Collaborate on kernel and driver development, ensuring system stability and compatibility.
Address TCP/IP networking, switching, and routing issues as they pertain to ARM64 systems.

Job Requirements:
Strong C/Linux experience is essential.
Solid knowledge of both ARM64 and x86-64 architectures.
Expertise in cross-compilation for ARM64 on x86-64 hosts.
Familiarity with ARM64 toolchains, build systems, and package systems.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and Linux kernel internals.

Educational Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; M.S. preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$185,000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
