Job DescriptionCoordinates requirements concerning tool-development (Flashprogramming / encryption / tuning protection / ASW-Container) and development environment (incl. SW-function-development).Coordinates HW-related SW issues.Supports in the implementation in CeaP (Celaya), in production and in shifting to other productions sites.Lead technical discussions with OEMs with support of development / series team.Analysis and implementation of software requirements, able to breakdown into tasks.Integration of assigned software components. Must collaborate with various disciplines (SW, HW, ME) in solving technical problems.Stablish and mantain contact with international development network (Germany, Austria, India, China, US).Training and coaching of other associates.Technical ownership of project platforms locally.QualificationsGraduate from engineering degree.4+ years of experience on design, coding, configuration, testing, and documentation of automotive products.Desired experience at system level: architecture, requirements and regulations.Requirements engineering : customer requirement analysis, requirment update in DOORS and rquirement delegation to function team.Communication and presentation as customer interface.Technical expertise and additional competencies, depending on the context of requirements.Understanding and application of compliance regulations and the compliance organization for the evaluation of the stakeholder requirementWilligness to travel (2x per month national / 3x per year international).Additional InformationProblem solvingLeading internal and external communicationStable, consistent transparency of risks & problemsRealistic, complete planning of the entire projectLeading internal and external communicationAbility to negotiateDiplomatic skills and assertivenessOrganizing internal and external escalation, crisis managementIntegration of line managementIntegration and motivation of the project teamGet to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:
