**The Role:**
The _Embedded System Architect_ is responsible for defining the overall architecture and design of new products for China market.

+ Take ownership of the embedded system architecture of Gaming products
+ Capture User Experience and Product Management needs, making sure they are consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined
+ Lead system solution design, with Electrical Engineers and Software Architects
+ Ensure products are well defined before the development starts to streamline the effort and provide full support afterwards
+ Define the architecture with modularity, reuse and testability in mind, anticipates extensions and modifications in future stages
+ Guide and mentor team members in the implementation of the solutions
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
+ 7+ years’ experience in Embedded Software Engineering
+ 3+ years’ experience in Software / System Architecture
+ Strong knowledge of UML / SysML
+ Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals
+ Experience in full lifecycle software development of real-time embedded system, including system design and analysis, requirement capture and development, software implementation and verification, system integration, qualification and releasing
+ Be able to technically lead and develop a team of developers who might be geographically distributed.
**Education:**
+ BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
