Embroidery Operator
Responsible for operating embroidery machines for application on finished products and to accurately select, package and ship customer orders.

Operates embroidery machines in an efficient manner to meet production goals and ensure qualityAccurately Hoop products, ensuring straight and correct placement of designsUtilize working knowledge of embroidering on different fabric substratesPerform daily preventative maintenance on machines operatedPick customer orders from finished goods areaProcess ecommerce orders based of specified method of packing depending on order typeAudit orders: for picking errors, overages, weight errorsProcess customer orders in Value Added area; stuffing, poly- bagging, labeling, re-ticketingLift boxes onto and off conveyor belt; stack boxes in orderly fashion on loading dock and/or load into truckProcess U.S. mail in preparation for pickupAssemble shipping boxes via carton erector, bottom taper or manuallyMaintain 5S in work areasAssist in other Operations areas as neededParticipate in continuous improvement and other projects

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh School Graduate or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in related field preferred
