We are looking for a new colleague for our EMC Team in the division electrified powertrain technology at the location in Serbia (Novi Sad) to support projects from renowned vehicle manufacturers worldwide.

 

What can you look forward to as EMC Validation Teamleader:

Professional EMC-management and setup of the NVD-Project team in close cooperation with EMC-Teams worldwide Leading the NVD-team in project management regarding EMC system requirements and system architecture to ensure a cross-customer modular product system and coverage of all customer requirements Leading the NVD-team in derivation / creation of system requirement specifications considering the customer specifications Leading the NVD team in the planning and coordination of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests and qualifications Negotiation of requirements, deviations, and measures with customer Leading taskforces regarding EMC and report to the customer (customer interface) First escalation level for customer topics Setup of processes regarding costs and project planning, product release and change management

 

Your profile as EMC Validation Teamleader:

University degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering or comparable or several years of professional experience in a comparable position Experience in managing an engineering team Theoretical and practical experience in the field of EMC and power electronics Knowledge of common EMC Standards, Design Rules Adaptive to project teams, organizational structures and customers Good command of written and spoken English, German knowledge is helpful Willingness to travel
