EMEA Account Director
Role Overview:As the EMEA Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities operations for a portfolio of properties in the EMEA regions You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of facilities, promoting a safe and productive work environment, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their facilities needs, and aligning services to meet their expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional service offerings. Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, whether acting as principle or liaising with landlords as managing agent. Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall facility performance. Vendor Management: Source, select and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors for facility-related services. Develop and maintain vendor contracts, performance metrics, and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control measures. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize spending.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors. Project Management: Lead and oversee facility-related projects, such as renovations, expansions, and relocations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, including key metrics, financial analysis, and operational updates for senior management and clients. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of facilities professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and a strong team culture. Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments and regions.
 Qualifications and Skills:

- A proven track record of experience in facilities management, preferably in multinational corporations or real estate service provider organizations.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA facilities management practices, regulations, and local market requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex facility portfolios, multiple stakeholders, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in facility management software and systems.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
