Role Description
This position is on the Operations team within the Services organization which is the Professional Services (IT consulting) arm of Salesforce.com. The Business Operations Analyst takes care of all Professional Services Operations within salesforce.com’s Strategic Services Consulting. The position requires skill in understanding the fundamental drivers of success in the business, in conducting analysis and driving process, Revenue accountability and policy for delivery consultants and delivery leadership.
Key Accountabilities (Impact)
Work directly with the regional Business Operations team to provide guidance on Revenue levels and drivers, and process knowledge of the region
Become a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)
Understand who the OU key stakeholders are and build strategic relationships with them
Provide guidance and support to the Sales teams including but not limited too: questions regarding invoicing/fee language within SOWs, GTM/Booking forecast calls and other bookings’ related information as appropriate
Project data compliance to ensure smooth billings every month
Identify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering
Create and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels
Apply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationally
Basic Requirements
2+ yrs in related experience with a Bachelor degree.
Experience with a major CRM system is a plus
Overall positive attitude

Outside of the box thinker
Prior experience with financial and quantitative concepts
Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Fluent in English, French or any other European languages
Role Specific Skills (Optional)
Strong communications skills & the ability to influence at all levels of the organization up to VP
Work closely with the business process team to understand the process and provide improvement ideas
Ability to clearly understand and guide on processes and procedures
Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data
Knowledge & understanding of Salesforce tools and applications, specifically and most importantly, strong experience in creating and analyzing data from salesforce apps (preferred)
Strong knowledge of and exposure to operational business processes, with a strong preference for knowledge of Services/Professional Services/Consulting operations (preferred)
Experience of working in a fast-paced operational role, with the ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities and remain focused on delivering excellent results
Ability to work across Geo with colleagues to develop and implement governance practices for the business
Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately and on time
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs, which includes Google suite application experience
