Summary

The C2C Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership and managing the Accounts Receivables processes with a primary focus on collections and dispute management for the customers in the scope of the Warsaw Baxter Business Services.

Responsibilities also include formal relationship management with the business stakeholders, other GBS functions, and management of the specialist team.

What will you be doing?

Managing and motivating a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists.

Mentoring AR Specialists and providing guidance on collections and dispute management methods applicable.

Foster the inclusive and diverse Baxter culture

Facilitating the resolution of unresolved Disputes by escalating through the management chain according to the standard escalation processes and procedures.

Contacting customers and resolving collection issues escalated by the Accounts Receivable Specialists.

Supporting the reporting activities as required by the Global C2C Analytics team and providing additional details on results, issues, and proposed solutions.

Setting and achieving performance targets (cash targets, bad debt %, DSO etc.), ensuring all team members are aware and compliant with policies and procedures.

Working with the EMEA C2C Lead to drive for continuous improvement.

Preparing/supporting training programs for employees.

Who are we looking for?

People Leader with 3+ years experience in SSC or similar managerial role, accounting or similar area.

Person with the ability to interview, hire, train, and develop employees with proficiency in accounting and cash application software.

Expert in the area of AR and Dispute Management, proficient in using Microsoft Office suite with a proven track record in Accounts Receivables process management and improvements.

Professional with continuous improvement and business process mindset, high level of ability to influence and negotiate, and excellent problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Fluent English speaker with other European languages proficiency (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch).

In terms of education: Bachelor's degree in Finance.
