Key Responsibilities:

Drive Data Excellence: Take ownership of data analytics and advanced data generation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while communicating effectively with stakeholders to support business objectives. Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish strong connections with IT and other key internal departments to validate and discuss data sources, fostering collaboration that fuels our growth. Monitor and Innovate: Keep a close eye on the performance of MI/BI initiatives and engage in critical projects that require your expertise in data interpretation and generation. Embrace Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in professional development through Chubb’s Claims Craftsmanship modules, honing your skills in data manipulation and digital innovations. Be a Knowledge Champion: Drive self-studies and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team, ensuring a sustainable knowledge base and encouraging continual learning. What We’re Looking For:

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities to quickly grasp strategic business requirements and prioritize effectively. Your capacity to escalate needs when necessary will be key.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data/reporting solutions using enterprise systems (e.g., IBM Netezza, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2) and experience with reporting tools like QlikSense, QlikView, Cognos BI, or SSRS.Analytical Expertise: Solid understanding of SQL querying and scripting, alongside knowledge of data lake/data warehouse concepts.

Your Experience:

Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English, with proficiency in German, French, or Spanish preferred. Your ability to communicate across cultures will enhance our regional engagement.Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Mathematical/Statistics Science, or equivalent qualifications from a global corporation or consulting environment.Seasoned Professional: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or a similar field, with a robust track record of execution and accountability in complex environments.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset, capable of navigating tight deadlines and pressure to deliver data-driven insights and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
