Description and Requirements We're looking for a dynamic professional to drive the growth of our Commercial Visuals Business in EMEA Channel/SMB and REL business across EMEA. If you're passionate about business operations, business development with leadership skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong understanding of the channel and relationship business then this is the role for you. Your Key Responsibilities Market-Level Execution & Sales Acceleration Work closely with local market teams to adapt the EMEA strategy for country-specific needs. Ensure the right product mix and pricing strategy per market to optimize margins. Identify and implement new channel opportunities, including mid-market, e-commerce, etc. Drive execution excellence by supporting local teams in customer engagement, negotiations, and deal closures. Monitor sales pipeline, ensure robust forecasting, and demand planning across all markets. Operational & Organizational Structuring Define and refine processes for inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics to improve efficiency. Align sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market execution. Financial & Performance Management Own the P&L for the commercial visuals business in EMEA, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Set and track key financial metrics, including revenue targets, gross margin, and cost efficiency. Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing and better supply chain alignment. Product & Marketing Alignment; Work with the global product teams to ensure the EMEA region gets the right portfolio mix.; Define a regional marketing strategy with localized campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives; Ensure that Visuals are effectively positioned within the company’s broader ecosystem of products. Drive education and awareness among sales teams and partners through training and enablement programs. Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of the commercial accessories business, preferably at the EMEA level if not at a country level across all the commercial customers segments. Strategic planning expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business plans that drive both long-term growth and immediate sales performance. Sales-driven mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and seize new opportunities. Excellent communication skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and key decision-makers across internal and external stakeholders. Analytical and organized: Ability to structure planning processes, analyze data, and implement a cadence that ensures execution and forecasting accuracy. The base salary is 5.500 EUR per month, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of 95,600 EUR annually, which includes a 30% incentive component.
