EMEA Demand and S&OP Manager - C&C
Your future responsabilities :

 Demand, Forecasting and S&OP Management


•    Work closely with the local and corporate executive team, sales, marketing, and operations departments to ensure that the company's sales and operations plans align with customer demand 
•    Define, implement and support the S&OP process for affiliates in the EMEA region. 
•    Support Forecasting activities for affiliates. 
•    Schedule and lead forecast review meetings with management on regular basis.
•    Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
•    Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization, develop effective mitigation plans.
•    Monitor and analyse current and historical market trends and customer demand patterns.
•    Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
•    Elaborate, maintain training materials and organize trainings to team members.
•    Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
•    Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
•    Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
•    Consensus Sign-off of Business forecast in alignment of dispatch targets and year budget.
•    Analyse Market and product trends in conjunction with Segment/channel teams to determine yearly sales/dispatch forecast.
•    Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to strengthen S&OP processes.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
 Develop and maintain S&OP best practices and policies.

The profile we are looking for :

•    3-5 years’ experience in a similar role [Demand Planning / Forecasting role] - ideally at EMEA level.
•    Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management and S&OP management, preferably in the chemicals industry. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in demand forecasting software and tools.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
•    Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to interpret complex information and present in a simple way.
•    Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge others constructively.
•    Continuous Improvement mindset.
•    Proven experience and strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
•    Proactive approach, working with minimum supervision.
•    Strong systems knowledge – computer literate with a strong analytical capability.
•    Fluent French and English. Other languages a plus. 
•    Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
