We are looking for an IDG Account Manager to own and grow our international PC distribution business through strategic planning, distributor relationship management, and cross-functional execution.
This Person Could be located in any Lenovo Location in EMEA.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales, market share, and P&L performance for the PC business in international distribution.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key international distributors, acting as their primary point of contact for escalations and business development.
Negotiate incentives, marketing campaigns, and commercial terms to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
Ensure efficient inventory management and demand planning to optimize availability and minimize supply-chain disruptions.
Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies, channel promotions, and distributor enablement programs.
Partner with Finance, Logistics, and Regional Sales leaders to ensure smooth order execution, payment compliance, and consistent distribution strategy.
Key Qualifications10+ years of experience in PC, IT hardware, or technology distribution sales.
Proven track record of managing distributor accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong P&L ownership and strategic business-planning skills.
Expertise in negotiating complex deals and contracts with large distribution partners.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM tools and business-intelligence software.
