Your role in the future Vantive

In the strategically key position of EMEA Employee CommunicationsManager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Communications, EMEA, and will be instrumental in leading employee communications across our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees, cultivate a culture of transparency and collaboration, and support our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:Develop and implement an internal communications plan that aligns with our Global & EMEA business objectives, incorporating a mix of digital and face-to-face channels.Acting as an in-house journalist by finding and promoting brand, business, sustainability and employer stories to employee audiences.Create and manage internal communications content, including emails, intranet articles, videos, and other materials on company news, leadership updates and business strategy that promote employee engagement.Manage and curate content for internal social media channels (i.e. Yammer/Workplace), encourage employee participation, monitor engagement metrics & adjust content strategies accordingly.Plan, organize & facilitate EMEA Townhalls and employee events – including agenda planning, speaker coordination, content creation, logistics & promotion.Create and implement internal communications metrics, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of activities and campaigns.Manage the EMEA internal communications budget, ensuring effective use of resources and return on investment.

What you’ll bring:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field, and proven experience in employee communications, including:

A nose for news: An understanding of what makes a compelling & relevant story for audiences and channels. This includes excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop a ‘red thread’ through communications activities to help employees to connect the dots between multiple internal initiatives  Strong internal communications strategy and planning experience, with a consistent track record of building and driving successful campaigns.Strong understanding of internal communications best practices, with the ability to apply these principles to drive employee engagement, collaboration & business results.Proficiency in digital communications tools, including internal social media networks and intranet platforms.Collaborative approach, strongly able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels in the organization.Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously as well as in managing budgets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications efforts.Fluency in English, with additional language skills desirable.Ability to travel as needed to support regional events and meetings.Desirable: Healthcare experience – such as medical technology or pharmaceuticals, with both agency & corporate experience preferred.
