Overall, Purpose of this Job:
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of Employee and Labor Relations across the EMEA region? As the EMEA ER/LR Excellence Senior Partner, you will lead strategic Continuous Improvement initiatives to address ER/LR challenges.
Reporting to the Investigations and Excellence EMEA ERLR Leader, you will play a critical role in understanding the unique dynamics of the region, fostering collaboration across the ERLR EMEA team, and driving impactful solutions to enhance the employee and organizational experience, interacting with key partners across the HR teams.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
+ Lead Complex Initiatives: Oversee and execute strategic Continuous Improvement projects to address multifaceted Employee Relations matters across EMEA clusters.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor on regional trends, relevant multi cluster-specific challenges, and the broader ER/LR landscape to develop targeted, sustainable solutions.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with ER/LR professionals, HR, GS stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment with regional priorities and ERLR needs.
+ Act as a champion of change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the ER/LR function to address systemic challenges and elevate service delivery standards.
Regional Strategy and Understanding
+ Deep Regional Insight: Develop a strong understanding of the EMEA region’s diverse legal, cultural, and operational landscapes to guide and influence decision-making.
+ Proactively analyze and interpret regional and cluster-level trends in Employee Relations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
+ Collaborate with key GS and HR stakeholders to ensure initiatives reflect the dynamics and nuances of the region.
Strategic Project Leadership
+ Tackle Complexity: Lead high-priority ER/LR projects focused on resolving sophisticated issues, optimizing processes, and improving organizational effectiveness.
+ Ensure adequate project management across the portfolio of initiatives and support the ER/LR Continuous Improvement Committee in its decision making.
+ Ensure ERLR project leaders, partners and stakeholders are kept up to date with appropriate, timely, and relevant communication of trends, issues, and services.
+ Drive improvements in user experience, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency through innovative strategies and collaborative execution.
+ Continuously work with the other service delivery and GPO teams in the to enhance delivery of services by the EMEA ERLR team.

+ Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in HR and/or Employee and Labor Relations, with a proven track record of managing complex matters in a multinational environment.
+ Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for driving innovation and excellence in Employee Relations, coupled with the ability to implement lasting improvements.
+ Regional Expertise: A strong understanding of the EMEA region’s legal, cultural, and business dynamics, with experience navigating diverse clusters and stakeholders.
+ Strategic Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address HR/Employee Relations challenges with pragmatic and forward-thinking solutions.
+ Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regions and functions.
+ Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional communication decks and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
+ Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems, analytics tools, or process automation technologies is an advantage.
