EMEA Marketing Manager Connected Technology Solutions - France & Belgium
 

Scope of the role:

You will be the key liaison between the Global Marketing, Regional EMEA Marketing function team and the local marketing team in-region. You will provide support optimized campaign execution and performance optimization across various marketing channels and will be the voice representing the geographical scope requirements and dynamics for all operational initiatives. You will be the key tactical person to execute the regional plans.

 

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide information on customer needs in their Business Unit and location. You will have in-depth knowledge of customers' wishes/needs in their region and Business Unit. You are responsible for executing the local strategy and marketing plan in collaboration with local teams. Own E2E front-line training for sales and account-level execution Own regional workflow execution together with the local marketing teams Collaborate with the regional events execution for its workflow and the local team Receive predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a moderate level of control and review.

 

Your background and Qualifications:
You have a master’s degree in either Business Administration, Technology, Science or Marketing with several years’ experience in the med tech or the healthcare industry with international exposure. Knowledge in the dental industry is highly appreciated.
A proven track record of driving market strategy into execution while collaborating closely together with the local marketing teams. Demonstrated success leading significant portfolio and building brands, including annual and long-term marketing plans. You have relevant functional skills in healthcare / dental / technology marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, customers promotion, P&L management, and business planning and you are able to work effectively with a diverse VIRTUAL group of cross-functional stakeholders and communicate across a broad range of nationalities and cultures.
