DuPont Performance Building Solutions (PBS), a division of the DuPont Company, is the high-performance products’ portfolio for the people who put it all together: be it an architect, contractor or developer, PBS will work with them from the ground up to find the right construction materials and processes for their next project. PBS provides products like air vapor control layers, breather membranes, sealing tapes and accessories, spray polyurethane foams to professionals and end-users through a broad distribution network.  The product portfolio is wide-ranging and includes industry leading brands such as Tyvek®, AirGuard®, Insta Stik™, Froth-Pak™ and Great Stuff™. 

We currently look for an EMEA Marketing Manager f/m to join our team in Bristol (UK) or in Luxembourg.

In this role you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in the region, providing leadership for 0-24month strategic direction of the product lines or market segments, identifiying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams, marketing the organization's products and brands, and monitoring and evaluateing pricing strategies and structures. 


The core of role is the development and implementation of marketing programs to support the organization's products, services or market sectors, as well as to develop, launch and position new products and services. May also plan, implement and evaluate the strategy for marketing programs to various distribution channels (i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors). It also involves major responsibility in coordinating merchandising, promotional and sales tools, as well as collaboration on projects in close collaboration with our distribution partners to increase demand for products and services.

Responsibilities:


Strategic Marketing (30%) 

Reporting to the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Regional Marketing Leader, the PBS EMEA Marketing Leader primary responsibility is to develop the short and mid-term marketing strategy and plans for PBS in EMEA, to deliver profitable growthIdentify and drive business opportunities, based on strong understanding of regional market, competition, and customer needs, mapping the market, defining applications, customers, influencers, specifiers and decision makers.

Operational Marketing (70%) 

Drive product awareness and specification at potential customers, and influencers/specifiers, also providing the Sales team with literature and other Collaterals to support their interaction with target audiences, we well as collaborate with EMEA Marketing Communication leader to align, plan and successfully deploy communication plans Support the EMEA Commercial organization (Sales Leaders and Territory Managers) on specific projects and daily tasks (e.g. coordinate or deploy marketing programs, merchandising production, promotion and commercial collaborations with internal sales colleagues or external merchants or partners, etc.) based on need Support Technical, Product, Global Commercial Excellence teams on new product opportunity identification and drive phase of local commercialization 

Job requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, materials science or chemistry5+ years of experience in B2B with proven track record of successful resultsPrevious Marketing (operational or product management) or Marketing Communication experienceA thorough understanding of the Construction industry and value chains is a plusDirect experience and demonstrated ability to lead growth projects, driving cross-functional project teamsAbility to translate into simple words and explain complex and technical concepts to audiences with very diverse background and education levels Experience of working in a diverse, highly collaborative, cross-functional, work environmentAbility to quickly and effectively build relationships, interact, and communicate information effectively and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders. Ability and ease to work fully independently on given tasks or set agenda.Ability to make timely and sound decisions under conditions of uncertaintyChallenges the status quo and champions new initiatives; recognizes the need for new approaches; acts as a catalyst of change and stimulates others to change; paves the way for needed changesMust have an energetic, enthusiastic outlook, and enjoy learning and problem-solving attitudeAbsolute fluency in English, both written and spoken.  Additional language skills are highly desirable
