Our multicultural EMEA Payroll team is seeking a passionate Employee Engagement Partner to join our organization! In this role, you'll partner with leadership to design and implement engagement initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and development. As our Employee Engagement Partner, you'll be instrumental in driving our employee development strategy. You'll coordinate and deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and manage engagement activities while measuring their effectiveness through data-driven insights. You'll use data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve our learning and engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key job responsibilities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop targeted learning content
• Design and implement employee development programs and initiatives
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and satisfaction survey results
• Partner with leadership to identify development needs and create action plans
• Create and maintain learning content and communications
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis
• Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives
• Create measurable learning objectives and assessment methods to evaluate program effectiveness
• Develop competency frameworks and career development paths aligned to organizational needs
