Microsoft's CO+I team is seeking a Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) EMEA Regional Estimating Team member with well-rounded experience of large capital projects.  Your focus will be the Regional Estimating function within a team of highly experienced specialists with a keen intent on timely capacity delivery.

As part of the regional Estimator is responsible for the development and management of estimates for all new projects in EMEA. This role will concentrate on our standard DC fleet projects, providing consistency across estimates around EMEA as well as keeping consistency amongst other counterparts in AMERICAS & APAC. The Estimator will manage cost data, communications, schedule meetings and be a point of contact between internal and external parties for specific projects being supported. The Estimator will work closely with engineering, construction, security, security, networking, and operations teams throughout the region and ensure cost information is developed and managed to meet the requirements of those specific project needs. The Estimator will report directly to the Global & EMEA/APAC Director of Estimating and will have strong interactions with Regional Project Estimators & Cost Manager to continue implementing lessons learned.
