Job Description

In the EMEA payroll team, we are responsible for the salaries of our colleagues from 40 countries in EMEA. The primary mission of our department is to ensure that all employees of the EMEA Rockwell region receive correct and punctual compensation following applicable legal regulations and company policy. Our team includes committed and passionate people who are specialize in project management, implementing improvements in the team working with MS Excel.

You will report to the EMEA Payroll Manager, and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:Data Management: Collect, maintain, and consolidate payroll data promptly. Ensure all records and documentation are complete and accurate.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external payroll vendors to deliver payroll data. Ensure outputs meet company standards and provide seamless payroll services to employees.Payroll Execution: Perform and oversee payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.System Integration: Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, including GPMS, Workday, SAP, and ADP.Cooperation: Contribute to daily collaboration with HR and Finance Departments to align payroll processes.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to outsourced payroll services.Compliance Monitoring: Follow deadlines and maintain payroll processes in compliance with work regulations, labor law, and internal audit processes.Leadership: Serve as a role model within the team, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. Support the Team Lead/Manager with daily tasks and operational challenges.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Master’s degree in finance or related field.Demonstrated experiences working with MS Office package, with a emphasis on Excel.3+ Experience working as a Payroll Specialist.Advanced level of EnglishExperience excelling and collaborate within a team simultaneously.A mindset that embraces change.
