As an EMEA Service Tech Group Support Analyst you will be working in an intensive data-driven environment, using advanced analytics tools, models & methods to support our business requirements.
Apply advanced in-depth support for analytic and Data subjects including multiple factors.
Responsibilities:
Use of service now CRM & Tableau to create reports & dashboards
Managing the EMEA service competency team reports & dashboards
Performing in-depth analysis for the press performance - Proactive and Reactive
Performing in-depth analysis for customers / accounts performance - Proactive and Reactive
Performing in-depth KPI’s analysis for our Team
Building infrastructure for automated reports
Creating data collection processes
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Tools - High level of Excel and BI tools.
Analytics and data-oriented
Experience with Service Now CRM or others - An advantage
Experience with Tableau - An advantage
Project management experience - An advantage
