Title: EMEA Statutory Audits and Compliance ManagerLocation: Warsaw, Polan (on-site) Description : We are seeking an experienced EMEA Statutory Auditor Manager to oversee and manage the statutory audit process across our EMEA region. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards, while effectively communicating findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities : + Oversee and manage the statutory audit process from planning to completion. + Oversee the collection of PBC (Prepared by Client) documentation required by auditors. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards. + Review audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. + Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the audit process. Qualifications : + Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Experience in SSC (Shared Services Center) environment and working in an international environment. + Strong understanding of differences between local and US GAAP. + Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent. + Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
