It was set up in June 2023. The COE is part of the overall EMEA finance transformation project and is a key enabler for delivering statutory and audit activity across the region. The COE covers all EMEA businesses (currently 5 zones, 50 countries). The EMEA Statutory Portfolio Manager is the ultimate owner & responsible for delivering the statutory financial statements and audit on a portfolio of entities across several jurisdictions. The role interacts with many stakeholders within EMEA region including Eaton centralized audit owners, corporate technical accounting, tax, business leaders, zone controllers and EY and other third party auditors.
