Dematic is hiring a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Partner within our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE) consists of nearly 40 TA professionals worldwide and around 10 professionals in EMEA, who are responsible for filling every open role in the company. These roles range from technicians and sales teams who are on the frontlines with our customers, to engineers and development teams bringing our solutions to life, and business support and leadership teams driving their success.

For this unique opportunity, we are seeking a process-oriented professional who enjoys the freedom to be autonomous in the execution of their role. You will be a natural problem solver and excel in delivering results for the business in line with the key service level agreements.
This role is embedded in our EMEA TA team.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Economcis, Human Resources, or a combination of education and experience
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition especially in handling end-to-end recruiting processes
Strong talent advisor skills that can coach candidates and advise the business on Talent Strategy
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization and regularly drive meetings with internal stakeholders.
Must be comfortable with interacting and presenting to all levels of management within the organization.
The determination to try new approaches and be creative with methods when achieving headcount goals.
Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
Fluent in English and Italian; good Spanish language skills as a plus
