Job Description: LifeLine Ambulance is seeking a qualified Dispatch Call Taker. The Call Taker reports directly to the Director of Communications in conjunction with Dispatchers. The Call Taker is responsible for call intake/scheduling of emergency & non-emergency transportation needs for ambulance & wheelchair bound patients, answering general questions, directing callers to appropriate departments and assisting field personnel.
