mentor and lead HH to engage in annual goals milestones and regulatory requirements as it relates to HHCrsquos cyclical emergency management processes Support all aspects of the local Emergency Management Program and ensures uniformity of practice Collaborate develop post and share plans policies and procedures as it relates to program management or response Investigates researches makes recommendations and implements smart practices in Emergency Management and safety Provides operational support a response structure and leadership to HH before during and after emergencies Provides operational support and leadership with standard practices and tools such as decontamination response to mass casualty incidents emergency notification system electronic emergency management resources
