Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Corporate Security and Emergency Management training programs. Conducts training sessions both in person and through webinars. Collaborates with management regarding all aspects of the courses and delivers training accordingly. Participates in all events, incidents and requests for Emergency Services as needed.
Job Responsibility
Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate security/emergency management training programs; reviews curriculum content and sequence across all disciplines. Assists in developing training materials, reference guides and job aids. Complies, analyzes, and utilizes related material and supportive documents to enhance teaching sessions. Conducts training sessions both in person and through webinars; implements a variety of teaching strategies to meet end-user needs. Makes changes to training modules as necessary with the approval of management. Conducts training session surveys to gather feedback to improve future training; makes recommendations for improvement to management. Assists in all aspects of logistics surrounding training; ensures rooms and materials are available for training sessions. Maintains proficiency in all courses and certifications. Collaborates with and maintains professional liaison with internal and external groups. Assists the system’s hazardous materials response team as well as answer and respond to all events, incidents and requests for emergency and non-emergency services as needed. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Performs related duties as required.
