Must be 21 years of age. Three years’ experience as an EMT and experience working in the Island County EMS system preferred.  Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License, be insurable on WhidbeyHealth fleet insurance and possess a valid EMT license or be able to obtain one within 30 days. **Weekend duty/holiday rotation**

Wage Scale:

$16.280 - $25.128 Base Rate - For every twenty-four (24) hour shift, employees are compensated at their base rate for eight (8) hours, then sixteen (16) hours of overtime. 

$21.707 - $33.504 Effective Rate - Unscheduled time, non-shift hours, picked up/partial shifts (meetings, stand-by, public education etc.)
