Providence Medical Group (PMG) - Oregon is seeking an experienced, board-certified Emergency Medicine physician to lead Providence Seaside Hospital’s 24-hour emergency department. Join a mission-driven team of six board-certified emergency medicine physicians. In addition to direct patient care, you will have a defined leadership role as Medical Director, overseeing a newly renovated and expanded emergency department with modern facilities, including nine treatment rooms, two enhanced patient safety rooms, and triage space. The hospital includes 24/7 OB, anesthesia, hospitalist, and general surgery coverage, as well as 24/7 CT and X-ray services. Flexible FTE: 0.60 - 0.75 FTE clinical + 0.25 FTE medical director, 12-hour shifts

Emergency department averages 9,000 visits annually

Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities includes quality improvement projects, supervision, and administration. You'll also have mentorship and support from the current medical director during a transition period

Must have at least two years of practice experience and be board-certified in Emergency Medicine. Leadership experience preferred
