Compensation: + $132,000 - $150,000 Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the qualifications and expertise of the successful candidate. Primary Job Responsibilities: + Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care settings, addressing a wide range of acute medical needs. + Collaborate with Physicians: Work closely with physicians in a 24-hour coverage model to ensure seamless and efficient patient care delivery. + Utilize EMR Systems: Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes using the Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) system. + Flexibility in Rotations: Rotate across multiple Urgent Care locations, including Amsterdam, Gloversville, and St. Johnsville, providing consistent and patient-focused care. + Focus on Quality and Patient-Centered Care: Maintain a compassionate approach to care that prioritizes patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical excellence. + Support Continuity of Care: Facilitate communication and coordination among the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and streamline transitions of care. + Adapt to Varied Clinical Scenarios: Handle a diverse range of cases, including pediatrics, occupational health, and minor trauma, with confidence and competence. + Promote a Positive Work Environment: Engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
