The Managing Associate will lead Emergency Preparedness initiatives in Hagerty-s Energy and Infrastructure portfolio. A successful candidate in this role will have a deep understanding of energy and resilience policies and how to prepare clients for natural and manmade emergencies.
**Responsibilities for the Managing Associate Include:**
+ Contribute to and lead project teams supporting Hagerty-s Energy and Infrastructure clients, developing high quality deliverables with attention to technical details.
+ Serve as an internal technical resource for project teams, drawing on technical expertise in the energy or infrastructure sectors
+ Understand and communicate the importance of emergency preparedness and enterprise resilience in the energy and infrastructure sector to clients and project teams.
+ Support business development and market positioning through attentive client delivery, proposal writing, and conference attendance.
+ Build strong client relations through robust project delivery in accordance with Hagerty-s core values of integrity, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
**Qualifications for the Managing Associate Include:**
+ Bachelor-s degree in government administration, economics, communications, energy policy, or a related field.
+ Three or more years of experience working on project teams in a consulting or government environment.
+ Demonstrated understanding of energy and infrastructure resilience policies and trends.
+ Prior experience supporting state agencies and utilities, or in a field related to power systems.
**Compensation for the Managing Associate Includes:**
+ Salary range of $70,000 - $100,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
