Focus: The Emergency Response Coordinator is responsible for providing emergency responder training (HAZWOPER and Incident Command) to all applicable personnel, coordinating and implementing the emergency response management system including assisting plants with drill development and critique, ensuring correct protections are identified, and coordinating with contracted emergency response organization. The Emergency Response Coordinator will also assist with training and communications on security policies and topics to ensure site personnel are prepared for potential security incidents. In addition, they will respond, investigate and document security related events across the site. They will also provide technical Emergency Responder and security coaching and expertise to the broader organization.

Emergency Response Coordinator Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree* in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline strongly preferredMinimum of 7 years of emergency response, first aid, fire safety or security experience; manufacturing / chemical industry environment preferredPrevious Incident Command/HAZWOPER Training and Delivery of TrainingAbility to offer guidance on all aspects of Safety, Health and Environmental emergency response issues to include: US regulatory/compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA) knowledgePreferred experience to include: Security, Emergency Response, Drill & Rescue Planning, Fire protection systems, Behavior-based safety processes knowledgeMust be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
