Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking an EMERGENCY ROOM TECHNICIAN to join our team!
The Emergency Room Technician is a member of the patient care team that provides clerical duties and direct patient care in the Emergency Department under the direction of the Department Director, licensed nursing staff and providers. They strive to meet the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff.
HOURS: Full-time 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per two weeks pay period.
Experience/Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited MA program; enrolled in an approved nursing program, having completed the basic nursing arts required; certified nursing assistant or have completed the EMT basic course Current BLS CertificationMedical terminology coursePatient care in a clinic, acute care hospital or ambulance Six (6) months experience in an acute care hospital
