Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
The role will lead, identify and build opportunities from new customer segments in emerging channels to accelerate consumer activation and broaden access points for vaccination.
Team Management
Lead and manage the Key Account Managers for emerging channels (may or may not include Consumer Activation Lead)
Recommends the right GTM and KPIs to accelerate realization of growth opportunities.
Project Management
Lead project teams in developing and implementing channel programs
Data and Analytics
Makes meaning of internal and external information and data in relation to business channels in support of strategic approaches.
Monitor the actual feasibility of potential business channels/ looking into commercial, operational and financial viability
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines e.g. Business Administration, Marketing
More than 5 years experience in related industries; experience in the consumer industry is a plus
At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development and Consumer Activation
Excellent in interpersonal communication skills and with proven ability to influence stakeholders
Capability in the effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus
Business analytics and data driven
Understands the value of consumer activation
Strong leader and a team player
