Who we are looking for:
The Compliance Program Methodology and Operations (“CPMO”) Emerging Lead will assist the global team in the Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM) and Regulatory Readiness Programs. The Team Lead will assist the team in managing day to day work related to all aspects of regulatory obligation, Ad hoc projects.
The selected candidate will assist the team in supporting the Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM) program and Archer Regulatory Change Management (ARCM) procedure. Collaborate with the global team to support the strategic projects and day to day work related to all aspects of GRCM and ARCM. Assist other Compliance Advisory personnel to support regulatory change analysis and regulatory obligation change requests and reporting in Archer.

The remit of the CPMO team is global, high profile and fast-paced. This position is an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate and provides visibility to senior members of Corporate Compliance. The role involves frequent interaction with management of State Street, thus exceptional executive presence, verbal and written communication skills are critical.

What you will be responsible for
Provide day-to-day support for the Global Regulatory Change Management (“GRCM’) and new Regulatory Readiness ProgramSupport production of management reporting and escalation emails, including but not limited to data collection, qualitative and/or quantitative analysis, formatting and quality assurance on a monthly and quarterly basisSupport implementation of Cube platform to perform and execute monitoring of State Street’s regulators as part of the GRCM ProgramContinue to work with our CPMO team and the Archer and Cube teams to further integrate our platforms and procedures to align our regulatory obligations and regulatory change data and oversightAssist compliance advisory personnel on various aspects of the GRCM and ARCM programs in processing the request, also by answering the team mailboxes and participating in working group meetingsSupport oversight and control activities, and produce reporting metrics/ dashboards, on a monthly and quarterly basis.Review ARCM requests to validate accuracy and completion of request and process changes to the Archer regulatory obligation inventoryWhat we value:
These Primary skills will help you succeed in this role:
5-6 years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services, background in Compliance/Risk/Legal beneficialStrong computer skills including advanced excel spreadsheet functionalityAble to analyze/interpret data and present data based on specific stakeholder requirements-Advanced Excel experience preferredIndependent worker who takes a high level of initiative and ownership of responsibilities, has a sense of urgency, and proactively works to gain a thorough understanding of all regulatory requirements and associated deliverables and deadlinesExceptional attention to detail with strong interest in regulation analysis and project managementAble to work collaboratively and professionally to obtain information from othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work calmly and effectively under pressure, with last minute changes and deadlinesPositive attitude; responsive to requestsFlexible, open to change and willing to learn new processes and systems such as Archer, CubeProvide support on documenting the regulatory changes in the Archer X tool.
