The ETA is responsible for: Understanding the business, the industry, markets, and customers. This position will evaluate existing systems and procedures, identify flaws or areas for improvement and make suggestions for optimization. They also coordinate with other technical professionals in the development and implementation of new systems. *What You’ll Do:* * **Identify and evaluate new technologies and startups that align with the organization’s strategic goals. * Assess the technical and economic feasibility of adopting new technologies within the organization. * Work with endpoint engineers, system analysts, and other divisions to integrate emerging technologies into existing products or services. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly. * Stay informed about regulatory changes and standards affecting emerging technologies. Analyze the implications of these regulations on technology adoption and implementation. * Identify potential risks associated with new technologies, including security, compliance, and operational risks. * Create technology roadmaps that outline the strategic direction for technology adoption and integration over time. * Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance and impact of newly adopted technologies.
