The Emerging Technology and Partnerships leader will articulate and drive our partnership strategy. This individual will create and drive a more holistic approach to the startup community and ecosystem, venture funds, customers, and partners (both existing and potential) tied to the Chief Sustainability Office’s mission. They will ensure that the CSO is a growth enabler for business as well as driving intentional engagement in technology and sustainability. They are responsible for:

Creating a strategy for partnership and executing against that with the appropriate stakeholders – both internally and externallyEngaging proactively with relevant organizations and individuals globally to identify areas for partnershipMonitoring trends in the startup ecosystem and tying learnings to IBM and the CSO’s broader strategiesEngaging with IBM technology and consulting teams to connect dots for engagement and potential partnershipCollaborating closely with IBM Ventures and IBM Sales / Ecosystem teams to align across functions, relationships, and desired outcomes
