Job Description
Under the guidance of the Advanced Digital Innovation Center (ADIC) lab, partner with stakeholders as the liaison between the ADIC and manufacturing operations, Corporate Engineering technology teams and other business functions to evaluate and document the business value and projected ROI of innovative technical solutions as applied to specific Digital Manufacturing use cases for improved efficiency and throughput on the shop floor.
**YOUR IMPACT**
• With support from a senior business analyst, learns the processes and systems for a functional area in determining business value and ROI for technologies under development.
• Participates in discussions to learn the requirements of individuals or small teams in functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirement document. This is often done in partnership with a more experience business analyst.
• Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, and assist in defining and test plans, strategies, and the creation of scripts.
• Work in conjunction with the Advanced Digital Innovation Center leader and technical teams to execute test plans, test scripts, and update existing scripts to support user acceptance testing.
• Moderate organizational skills and focus on growing this skill to become more proficient in managing tasks, prioritizing work, and timely delivery of projects.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
• Medium (still learning) time-management and prioritization skills, displays ability to multi-task and prioritize.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
• High School Diploma or equivalent working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related area for the entire duration of the internship
• Student in a Sophomore standing or greater.
• **ability to be onsite in Oshkosh, WI location for the duration of the 2025 summer internship.**
**Pay Range:**
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
