What You'll Do

As an EMESA Business Development (Senior) Analyst, you will be part of the EMESA Business Development Team, driving the regional agenda across a broad range of topics aimed at fostering sustainable business growth. These include investments, competitive intelligence monitoring, pricing and revenue management, commercial support, account management and development, and rolling out special projects across our geo systems in the region, supporting the Regional Management / Leadership Teams in multiple strategic workstreams.

 

In this role you will provide support to the team focusing on investments and competitive intelligence topics, while contributing to other day-to-day requests. By analyzing business development KPIs, you will ensure continuous improvement in strategies and initiatives, directly influencing EMESA’s growth trajectory.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

Lead the monitoring of client investment requests, ensuring compliance with the established guidelinesSupport on the regular reporting of client investments, working closely with the regional finance teamGuide the local finance team members on specific investments-related questionsSupport the our strategic investment programs (mid and long-term strategic efforts aimed at changing our trajectory in priority companies for BCG) through the preparation of documents, analyses and advising/guiding the teams when requiredSupport on expanding our competitive intelligence knowledge by keeping an updated view of our competitors' moves and best practices through both internal and external sources of informationYou will be also involved in the preparation of ad-hoc documents and analyses for the regional leadership teams, including content creation for the WWOM, Townhalls, Management Team and Growth Board meetings held regularly

What You'll Bring

Master’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in management consulting (either on the consulting track or non-client facing support functions) or in finance / business development / sales departments (or other similar fields).Strong verbal communication skills; fluency in EnglishStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong computer literacy and facility with numbers. Alteryx, Fabric or Tableau knowledge is a plusDemonstrated ability to work effectively in an international environment with people at all organizational levelsAbility to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environmentAble to prioritize, able to tolerate ambiguityExercises judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information

Who You'll Work With

You will be supporting the EMESA Business Development Team, working closely with the regional Business Development Executive Director and EMESA Chief of Staff. You will be interacting regularly with the Global Investment Services team, Regional / Local Finance teams, System Business Development Chairs, and Practice Area teams, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across geographies and functions.
