Job Description & Summary

As a Graduate Recruiter at PwC Middle East, you will be a key driver in our nationalization efforts, helping to attract, engage, and recruit top graduate talent from the local market. You will play a vital role in implementing effective recruitment strategies, establishing strong relationships with universities, government bodies, and local talent pools, while ensuring that nationalization targets are met in line with PwC’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies specifically designed to attract and hire local graduate talent, with a strong emphasis on nationalization objectives.Build strong, lasting relationships with universities, educational institutions, government programs, and other key stakeholders to ensure access to top local talent. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with nationalization hiring goals. Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure nationalization targets are integrated into the recruitment strategy and that all initiatives meet organizational diversity goals. Monitor and track key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of nationalization hiring initiatives. Champion the promotion of PwC’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to Emirati graduates and local talent. Organize and participate in local career fairs, events, and networking activities that focus on national talent recruitment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations surrounding nationalization programs in the region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record in implementing successful nationalization hiring strategies, particularly within the graduate recruitment space. Understanding of local talent development programs, nationalization initiatives, and government-led initiatives (e.g., Emiratization in the UAE). Strong experience in building relationships with universities, educational institutions, and government bodies focused on national talent acquisition. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Knowledge of the Middle East job market, specifically local recruitment practices and talent pools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
