Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Employee Assistance Program Counselor - Licensed.

Position Status: Part-time, Day and Evening Shift

Position Location: On-site in Elizabeth City, NC

Standard Working Hours: 2 - 8 hours shifts (Flexibility on days and times as needed. One morning shift and one evening shift required.)

Overview

Provides direct service, screening, problem assessment, direct therapeutic counseling, client referral, crisis intervention, follow-up services and case management on an ongoing basis to clients seeking assistance.

Education

Master's level degree

Certification/Licensure

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), OR Clinical Psychologist License in the state of North Carolina Required

Experience

2 years of related experience Required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$24,302.72-$40,501.76. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
