UC Health is hiring a Full Time Employee Assistance Program Consultant (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
The EAP Consultant will work with employees to provide assessment, referral, and short-term counseling on mental health and work-related issues. Consultant will also provide workplace consultation, mediation, and coaching to managers and individuals. Consultant will provide timely assistance to individuals and departments in response to employee deaths, adverse outcomes in the healthcare setting and any other event that has the potential to traumatize UC Health Employees and/or diminish their ability to do their job. This position requires the ability to work independently with supervision. The EAP Consultant is expected to participate in organizational projects and committees as needed. This position will be expected to support the employees of any UC Health location.
