Join Our Team as an Employee Care (HR) Specialist!

Are you passionate about HR and ready to make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated Employee Care Specialist to join our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Manila. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 

What Your Day Looks Like:

Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing expert advice and support to assigned markets. Act as the main liaison for local HR teams and management, handling Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities.Accurate Reporting: Deliver complete and timely answers according to global and local guidelines, ensuring adherence to HR KPIs. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.Data Management: Maintain HR2U data and perform audits in line with Internal Controls, Audit Procedures, OPMs, and HR KPIs. Support the SSC Compensation team during global cycles (IC, Merit, Salary Surveys). SAP experience is an advantage.High-Quality Reporting: Prepare standard reports, including calculations and simulations. Run reports and eligibility checks to support local C&B cycles (awards, variable pay, benefit programs).Complex Changes Coordination: Analyze organizational structures, prepare files, and follow up with involved parties to execute complex mass changes.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within HR SSC services, initiate and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to enhance service efficiency.Knowledge Retention: Onboard and train HR Generalists, regularly update work instructions to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

 

Who We're Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP experience is required.

 

Work Schedule and Location

Generally Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
