As an Employee Communications professional, you will be working as part of a highly skilled, respected, and creative global team of Employee Communications professionals. You will be responsible for developing impactful and creative content and supporting the delivery of strategic and insight-driven Employee Communications to a Business or Function’s Senior Leadership team.
You will be proficient in written communications, with experience writing for internal and external channels, such as intranets, company-wide newsletters, and social media. You will transform complex and often technical messages into clear, simple, and beautifully articulated stories that colleagues can understand and relate to. You will manage channels – both face-to-face and digital – and develop impactful content and assets, targeting your audience in a sophisticated way. You will be inspired by building creative communications plans and campaigns and enjoy working creatively and collaboratively to get things done.
Key Accountabilities:
You will support the Employee Communications VP in supporting Global Markets and Research. You will develop a solid understanding of how communications are structured, what they are driving, and their strategy and priorities.By developing effective relationships with stakeholders for example in HR or Business Management, you will understand what senior stakeholders across the business need and be able to design and deliver multi-channel communication plans and campaigns that drive colleague advocacy and engagement, and support the business in achieving its growth ambitions.To be successful as a Employee Communications Business Partner, you should have experience with:
