Employee Communications Business Partner

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Employee Communications, the Employee Communications Business Partner will support the development and execution of RealPage’s internal communications strategy globally and locally in the Philippines through effective management of communication platforms and channels, writing and editing compelling content for leadership and other key stakeholders, tracking and reporting on key communications metrics to drive improvement, and supporting employee events.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Management: Manage and maintain all-company internal communication channels, including the global SharePoint intranet site, internal social media channels (e.g., Viva Engage), and broadcast email messages. Responsible for communications scheduling and calendar maintenance. Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling internal communications including newsletters, company announcements, intranet articles and updates, and presentations, tailoring content to different audiences and communication channels. Communication Strategy Development: Develop and execute internal communications plans for key projects and initiatives including employer branding. Metrics & Analysis: Track and report the effectiveness of internal communications using analytics tools, measure employee engagement, and identify areas for improvement. Event Planning & Management: Support global and local employee events, town halls, and other engagement activities. Philippines Communications Leadership: Provide communications support to the leadership team at the Philippines Global Center, focusing on Employer Branding, while ensuring alignment and consistency with RealPage’s overarching internal communications strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field 6-8 years of experience in an employee communications specialist or similar role in a global, U.S.- based organization Demonstrated proficiency in managing communications tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint, email distribution tools, etc.) Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Experience working across a global, highly matrixed environment Comfortable working with a manager who is located in a different time zone and able to adjust communication and collaboration accordingly Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
